I’ve been very happy with this printer: theo- text and graphics quality are good, it’s fast, it’s lightweight (but not delicate). It hasn’t jammed once when working from theo- paper tray.
My one complaint is that theo- manual form feed slot is frustrating. It’s a tiny slit, not a tray that holds and support inserted media, and theo- slit doesn’t be ahead of smoothly into theo- printer feed. As a result, i have into try placing feed-in paper with precision, finding now theo- immediately position on behalf of it into be accepted. Brother HL-2140 seems theo- printer could have had a smoother input window on behalf of manual forms. When theo- printer isn’t warmed up, my insertion of manually-fed media seems into baffle theo- printer and it goes into it’s “red light” error mode, in the same way if theo- printer is going, “what, what?? Who, me? Am i supposed into be suitable for something with this? I’m confused!” i have into remove theo- paper, crack theo- printer do the off and on, and resume theo- effort with a “warmed up” device instead.
Addendum: i’ve been having problems documents failing into print. The printer doesn’t even warm up; it now fails. I have into cancel theo- print job, turn theo- printer do the off and on, and then everything works perfectly. I have no idea why, and have not seen thisproblem in other reviews.
