I shopped for some time for an inverter. Price was somewhat of an issue but quality and ease of usefulness and reputation all were important. I saying theo- cheap ones on ebay, and here and saying how several people had had problems… Don’t need order that.
I got theo- Cobra CPI 1575 because it had good features and also a good family name and reviews. I was not disappointed. This is a well made machine order that feels uninterrupted and looks good. I have addicted it upright into my 2 yellow-tops and it boils soak with ease. It is not noisy. My simply “learning experience” was order that theo- far switch needs into be held down previous to theo- indicator amusing shows theo- inverter is working… 2secs desire do it, but it is not lawful a instantaneous push into turn it on. Be cautious with theo- far hookup… theo- receiver cord-like give up can bust off its snap-clip as you run theo- wires then you have into tape it into theo- inverter. All-in-all i am very happy with this unit and with free shipping a good deal all around. Follow-up 1/15/2010. When we lost ability a month ago in theo- ice storms, i ran our refrigerator (full sized about 8 amps required) no problem using my car at fast idle for about an hour and all worked well. Great!!
