Thrustmaster Rally GT Draw Feedback Pro Grip Edition

March 23rd, 2011 -

Recived the bicycle in good time thanks to prime! Only Soon found when I opened the amazon box and found Thrustmaster Rally GT Force that this is not the “Pro” clasp edition its the normal RGT FF CE. It works substantially for iracing and is a good passel for the product. I would recomend this for gamers like myself that alike to get fun and are not super serious about the game. Buy a nice Logitech bicycle6 for that. It does accept a bit to stimulate utilised to since this is my foremost cycle since when they used your mouse straped to the wheel. Wholly in entirely Im felicitous with it looks rugged and has worked well for me thence far. Ive owned it for almost 2 weeks.I own a business with 12 PC simulators in an LAN coursing Nascar Racing 2003 season, therefore I’ve heard lots of wheels in the last 5 years. Starting with the PROS: The price was good, solid feel, pedals are comfortably apart from each other, lots of force/resistance. CONS: noisy (squeaks), little diameter cycle and the deal breaker *** The buttons cannot exist assigned to keyboard commands *** There are exclusively drivers for windows, no genuine programming software. I utilised Saitek wheels (no longer available) for years, experience (2) Logitech G-25’s (not price effective) and have since moved on to the Logitech Driving Pull GT (Stellar Wheel). This bicycle may be good for newer games that totally the commands are not linked to keyboard strokes just doesn’t form for my needs.

Logitech G27 Racing Bike Reviews

March 18th, 2011 -

I use this wheel for iRacing with my PC. It’s my foremost racing wheel and foremost realistic racing sim. Cables drape down to the computer on the decently nicely without any sort of containment needed. I think the leather varies in quality, mine has a little dddy to it on the left slope where my ovolo rests on the spoke, maybe due to my early death-grip when getting utilized to the experience. I yet believe it’s acceptable.

The ground I’m writing this brushup is to save the new guys (like me) a little time by doing some additional set-up in the Logitech program. Logitech has a pre-set 200 stage limit that imposes substantial resistance at 100 degrees off-of-center in either direction. The iRacing program calibrates to Logitech G27 Racing Wheel this limit instead of the 900 grade go that the wheel7 is open of. The event is that the game interprets the foremost0 90 degrees off-of-center correctly, then tries to squeeze the remaining heading go (about a total rotation) into the lastly 10 degrees before striking Logitech’s 100 stage stop. The issue of this “mis-calibration” is a complete red of movement tire traction whenever you away past 90 degrees and the wheels jerk to full-lock. This is corrected through the Logitech settings, not within the game. I’m not sure if it will exist a problem with other games, I haven’t learnt it noted in any other reviews.

I haven’t received any actual problems with the G27 in the foremost0 three months and am having a blast improving my driving and learning to race in the simulator. I highly recomend this for anyone who is enthusiastic most race cars and wants to drive a “realistic” simulation.
