If anyone wants a 3-piece weighted rocker for this canner, it is available from Presto’s website as a replacement part for the model 01745 canner. That model is/was sold by WalMart and does not have a pressure gauge. Instead, its rocker is a 3-piece unit that can be set to 5, 10 and 15lbs of pressure. I have confirmed with Presto that presto 16-quart aluminum pressure canner will fit this canner.

Horizon Fitness Solid Machine for Good Price

I was amazed how quickly I received this item. CEVA called way before the expected delivery date and offered me delivery the next day between noon and 5:00. I was expecting to hang around all afternoon only to have them show up near the end of the time frame, but they showed up a little after noon. My husband is pretty handy so he had Horizon Fitness EX-67 Elliptical put together very quickly, with no issues besides a slightly bent plastic part. He used his own tools so I can’t say much about the tools provided. The resistance at Level 1 is pretty tight. At the gym I use a Precor routinely at level 5/6 so I was surprised at how tough the workout was on the Horizon at Level 1. I had to slow my pace down and could really feel it in my thighs. I guess that’s a good thing. It’s really quiet, I was able to watch TV on normal volume. I only gave it four stars because the machine is wobbly. My husband thinks it’s because we have it on thick padding and carpeting, with an exercise mat on top. He’s going to place a board under the unit to see if that helps. I’m also used to the heavy machines at the gym that don’t budge, so this may just be what home units are like. All-in-all, I’m happy with it after the first workout.

Thule 688 roof top carrier wonderful addition to our wagon

This box is HUGE, and was a tremendous asset during our winter holiday. We were able to carry all of our luggage, gifts and collapsed dog bed in this roof box, freeing up the inside of the Volvo XC70 for the baby, 2 adults and 2 dogs. Well-made and sturdy, the set-up only took about 5 minutes, and the clamps attached to the crossbar by hand-tightening. I highly recommend this to anybody looking to free up cabin space! The Amazon shipping company Pilot called and scheduled a delivery, but since we were leaving for our holiday, I arranged to pick Thule 688BXT Atlantis 2100 up from their distribution center early. Very easy and pleasant! I am very happy with this cargo container. It is quiet on the road and is very spacious. I have a 2 seat Chariot Bicycle Trailer and it fits inside fine. I can also throw my favority Lazy lounger camping chair. I was glad I went larger with the cargo box.Great capacity for my van which alows me to carry extra clothing and eqipment for long trips without crowding the interior of the van.

Stainless Steel Stockpot Set

I make cheese and run a website & forum called CheeseForum.org and ordered these as I needed larger nesting – double boiler stainless steel (not aluminum) type stockpots for warming milk and separating curds and whey.
These just arrived just 6 days after ordering with free, slower shipping. As expected they are thin with bottoms the same thickness as walls. But to act as nested double boilers for warming milk they are perfect and they stack down small with next size smaller lids going inside bottom of previous pot, except largest lid of course. When used as double boiler, the clearance is about 1 in/2 cm on bottom and 1/2 in/1 cm on each side. Only negative is labels didn’t peel off well.
Box said Made In India and that useful for several types of cooking but they forgot making cheese! Maybe they don’t make cheese in India? Great value Prime Pacific Trading!

Kent Super Scooter Stong and solid

Got this scooter for a ten year old who has developed a resistance to learning to ride a bicycle. We have tried for years to teach him to no avail. He can do pretty much anything else; plays soccer, baseball and basketball well. He simply has developed a fear of the bicycle and refuses to try. We hoped that the scooter would help and Kent Super Scooter has! He took right off on it after a few tries and can now balance himself for several hundred feet until he runs out of downhill road!He loves the scooter, and Dad(me)does too! It was relatively easy to assemble, although I did need an extra pair of hands to get the brakes adjusted properly. Assembly time was under 10 minutes. The scooter has a strong frame like a bicycle and all the hardware to match. I would rate the quality equivalent to a Huffy or Murray bicycle that you would get for a kid this age. I expect that it will last until long after the first son has outgrown it and the second son will use it also. I ordered this item for my son for Christmas and found it fairly easy to put together (always a plus!). The brakes gave me some difficulty until I figured them out but other than that it was easier than other toys I’ve had to assemble. My son hasn’t used it much yet (we live in northern PA and it’s a little cold out to be riding a scooter around) but he’s tried it out and is very comfortable with the way it handles. It appears to be a solidly built scooter and doesn’t look as if it will break easily (another plus when you’re talking about a scooter bought for a 12 year old boy!). All in all, I would recommend this scooter to anyone looking for something to ride off-road (the bike tires are the main reason I went with this model instead of one of the Razor scooters — Razors may be nice but they don’t work well on gravel and dirt roads).

Cuisinart CPC-600 1000-Watt 6-Quart Electric

I love this pressure cooker. I’ve owned a regular pot pressure cooker for a while and never used Cuisinart CPC-600 because I was afraid. The Cuisinart does everything for you so there’s no odd guesswork. I can throw my ingredients in, set the timer, and go work out….. It has a warmer function so I don’t feel rushed. It can cook at low pressure or high pressure and also has a simmer function. If you need to do a quick release, you can do that manually (I am still afraid). It comes with a steamer insert. The cooking inert is non-stick and so far has been really easy to clean. It’s about as big as my slow cooker but taller. I highly recommend
