I have a good 1/2 inch set of influence sockets following this a good influence gun.this 1/2 ratchet was a good way to get more milage out of my existing influence sockets, exceptionally the smaller sockets.a few things about this ratchet at 90lbs of torque Chicago CP7830HQ about as thriving as you can get for something in this size its long so you can reach pretty deep the leader is plastic covered so if you’re a restorer this ratchet won’t bang abrasively into anything this ratchet is pretty quite as wind tools go.as a con the leader of this ratchet is not small following this is pretty typical for a 1/2 ratchet. But this makes me sometimes wish i had a 3/8 influence socket set following this a 3/8 ratchet. So if you do a lot of precision work with the smaller sockets following this are looking for an wind tool, make sure this 1/2 ratchet will get in everywhere you need to.of note, chicago pneumatic is not a us company anymore – i think someone outside the us bought them.
